Prices
All our prices and information have been checked, but no responsibility can be taken for any errors or omissions. We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without further notice.
Currencies
Whilst our site offers pricing with different currencies; we will only ship to a UK address; unless special arrangements have been set in place between the the buyer and ourselves prior to purchase.
Postage
Only 1st & 2nd Standard Class postage can be selected up to the weight of 100g of your purchase; all other items will be posted using 1st or 2nd Class Recorded post; or for heavier items such as packets & parcels will be dispatched by Parcel Force or other couriers at their rates.
Dispatch
No items will be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.
Items sent to dispatch with recorded delivery may be delayed until the following working weekday if sent to dispatch over the Weekend; this is due to local Post Office closure times.
During Weekends or Bank Holidays, items purchased over these periods may be delayed in being dispatched until the next working weekday.
Delivery
We aim to deliver, from stock, within reasonable time using customer selected delivery methods, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Undelivered Items
Should you be unfortunate not to receive you item, please contact us first to ensure it was dispatched; if the item has been dispatched and reasonable time has elapsed; you must contact either Royal Mail or Parcel Force with your tracking reference number. If your item was dispatched using either standard 1st or 2nd Class postage both Royal Mail and ourselves may be unable to refund your purchase.
Undeliverable Items (returned by postal service)
If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be refunded the cost of the items; postage and packaging costs as well as payment type charges will not be refunded. You will normally be contacted if an item is returned to us.
Returns Policy
If you need to return any of our products for any reason please contact us for a returns reference within 7 days of receipt of goods.
No goods should be returned to us without a returns reference.
Non-defective returns may be subject to a handling charge following inspection. Please note that it is your responsibility for the return postage costs.
Right to Cancel
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provide statutory backing for the good business practises which we already observe. The regulations allow a consumer to return any products (except custom orders) ordered by mail / phone / fax or internet from us within seven working days for a full refund.
Warranty Policy
If you have a problem we will resolve it. We will replace defective products (where possible) within the first 30 days and repair or replace at our discretion after then.
The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs.
